Speak with the closing attorneys / agents to
ensure that the appropriate documents have been executed, and to
ensure that your exchange funds will be send directly to your
exchange account immediately upon the closing of your forward
exchange.
Ensure that you receive a monthly bank statement
reflecting the principal balance, plus earned interest, in your
exchange account.
Advise you of your upcoming 45-day and 180-day
deadlines to preserve the integrity of your exchange.
