Will Hazel, Principal, is a practicing tax attorney with over twenty years of private practice and government service, and is a partner of the Boston law firm of Chu, Ring & Hazel LLP.  Will formerly was a partner at Bingham McCutchen LLP and was the Acting General Counsel of the Massachusetts Department of Revenue during 1996.  Will entered the Qualified Intermediary business in 1998; he has overseen more than one thousand Section 1031 Exchanges, and has testified as an expert witness on Section 1031 exchanges in Federal Court.   

Will is a graduate of Bridgewater State College and Boston College Law School.
